ESG, Sustainability & Corporate Governance Specialist

Natalia Prieto

Legal rigor and strategic execution to turn regulatory obligations into lasting impact.

Trained in Corporate Law, European Law, and Political Science, I help organisations navigate CSRD reporting, EcoVadis assessments, supply-chain due diligence, and decarbonisation.

Sustainability through a legal, strategic, and human lens

European regulation demands technical precision; real transformation demands translating legal frameworks into operational processes and human commitment.

Sustainability is no longer a peripheral communications exercise—it is a core regulatory and strategic discipline. I focus on building audit-ready frameworks, connecting cross-functional teams, and turning environmental, social, and governance mandates into measurable programmes.

My career bridges a dual degree in Law and Political Science (UAM) and an LL.M. in European Law (ULB, Brussels) with hands-on practice as a Corporate Lawyer at J & A Garrigues and ESG & Sustainability Specialist at Ávoris Corporación Empresarial (Grupo Barceló).

I have led and coordinated non-financial disclosures (EINF & CSRD readiness), multi-entity EcoVadis certifications, carbon footprint accounting, ISO 14001 audits, responsible supply-chain due diligence, and accessibility partnerships with ONCE.
